A peachy pink color. On the nose, delicate notes of delicious red fruits are revealed. On the palate, a fairly rich texture precedes a tangy finish.

Manual harvest and sorting, direct pressing followed by low-temperature fermentation with 4 months of aging in tanks.
Food pairing
Pairs perfectly with seafood, sweet and savory combinations, or traditional dishes like Falafel or Malawah. It is also particularly enjoyed as an aperitif.
Ageing potential
• To enjoy within the year: to appreciate its freshness and notes of blackcurrant and strawberry with very subtle hints of black pepper on the finish.
